Unique in north Germany

Neurosurgeons and radiation therapists work together closely in an interdisciplinary, joint practice at the Gamma Knife Centre Hannover. This is unique in North Germany.

"We would like to place the currently widest spectrum of radiation therapy options at our patients' disposal, which with the new Gamma Knife Centre Hannover spans from the high-precision treatment with gamma knife to the intensity-modulated, image-controlled radiation therapy with a linear accelerator."
